Pompeii, Palms, and Christmas Lights

On the 1st of December, I took a trip to escape the cold winter and headed to southern Italy, a perfect choice. I visited Naples, Pompeii, and the Amalfi Coast, and even though it was almost Christmas, the air was warm, the skies were bright, and palm trees lined the streets. That Mediterranean vibe I love so much was alive and well.

One of the most exciting moments for me was finally seeing Pompeii. Walking through the legendary ruins, with Mount Vesuvius in the distance, felt surreal. I had dreamed of visiting for so long, and being there in person gave me chills.. the kind that come not from cold, but from awe.

Exploring the Amalfi Coast was just as special. The views were stunning, even in December, and the towns had a quiet charm with fewer tourists around. Christmas lights were already glowing, adding a touch of holiday magic to the palm-lined streets. It was the perfect mix of culture, warmth, and beauty.
