Weekend at the Black Sea
During the summer, I took a short escape to Vama Veche with my boyfriend at the time, a spontaneous trip that brought a perfect pause to the rush of life. We slept right on the beach, wrapped in blankets, with the sound of the waves and the night sky above us.
I woke up just as the sun began to rise over the sea. The sky glowed in soft oranges and pinks, and the whole beach felt still, like the world was holding its breath. I grabbed my camera and started taking photos, wanting to capture the beauty of that quiet, glowing moment.
It was simple, it was peaceful, and it felt like time stopped for a while. That morning, waking up beside the sea, with someone I cared about, and the light spilling across the water, is something I’ll never forget.
