Cusco

Finally making it to Cusco, this city instantly felt special. I ended up spending around eight days there, and I felt I could’ve stayed even longer.

I had a beautiful accommodation with an amazing view over the city, and every day started with that quiet moment, looking out over the rooftops and surrounding hills.

I spent my days wandering through the streets, soaking in the mix of history and daily life. Somewhere along the way, I discovered a local market with absolutely incredible food... and that’s where I truly fell in love with Peruvian cuisine. The flavors, the variety, the warmth of it all… unforgettable.

Cusco gave me space to slow down, breathe, and just enjoy being there. It was the perfect place to land after so many weeks on the road.
