Leaving Tromsø felt bittersweet. After the magic of the night before, seeing the northern lights for the first time, it was hard to say goodbye. But the journey wasn’t over. We boarded a bus heading toward the Swedish border, continuing our adventure southward.
The road took us through the snowy wilderness of northern Norway, and I couldn’t stop staring out the window. Everything was covered in fresh, untouched snow, vast open fields, frozen lakes, and distant mountains glowing in the soft Arctic light. It was peaceful and almost unreal.
At one point, I pulled out my camera and started taking photos through the window, trying to capture that quiet, frozen beauty before we crossed into Sweden. Even though we were moving, every frame looked like a postcard.
Later, we switched to a train, continuing the trip deeper into Sweden. But those snowy Norwegian landscapes stayed with me, simple, white, and breathtaking, like the last soft goodbye from the north.
