Loving Turkey more and more...
After Istanbul, I continued to Ankara and spent five days there. I didn’t know exactly what to expect, but the city impressed me. It felt more structured and calm compared to Istanbul, with a different kind of energy.
I visited some of the main sights and also made it up to a viewpoint on a hill, where I could see the city stretching out below. It gave me a better sense of Ankara’s scale and character. It was a short stay, but a meaningful one.
