I only passed through Hamburg briefly, but even in that short time, the city left an impression. I didn’t have a long list of things to see.. just a few hours to wander, take in the atmosphere, and snap some photos before heading onward. It was one of those spontaneous stops, unplanned and open-ended.
Blue Hour hit, and everything changed. The old brick buildings lit up gently, their reflections stretching across the still canals. I felt that familiar excitement, the kind only photographers know, as I hurried to frame the perfect shot. The combination of water, architecture, and moody light was irresistible.
