My last stop on my California trip was San Francisco, and it felt like the perfect way to end the journey. I stayed with a friend who kindly hosted me, and I was especially grateful for that because San Francisco is a very expensive city and I was traveling on a budget. Thanks to my friend, I didn’t have to worry about accommodation and could just focus on enjoying every moment.
What made it even more special was the weather. I was incredibly lucky to have four clear, sunny days in a city known for its fog. The skies stayed blue, the temperatures were just right, and it felt like the whole city was showing its best side just for me. I had the chance to truly explore, walking through the neighborhoods, visiting landmarks, and always with my camera in hand.
I took many photos from different corners of the city, sunrise and sunset views, the Golden Gate Bridge at dusk, and even some night shots. One of the most memorable moments was watching the sunset from above the Golden Gate Bridge, the light softening over the water and the city slowly lighting up. In those moments, I truly felt like a traveler, grateful and completely present.
San Francisco had always been a dream, and finally being there, with perfect weather, good company, and the chance to see it all through my lens, made it unforgettable.
